Who you're working with
A person, not a platform.
I'm Cooper Adams. I grew up in Australia and came to the United States on athletic merit, as an elite baseball player. A career-ending injury took baseball off the table — and gave me the time to get serious about what I was here to study: advertising, at the University of Oregon.
Now I build websites — and the systems behind them — for the businesses around me: the coffee shops, boutiques, and trades that make Eugene worth living in. Not from a template, and not from a call center: I live here, I study this, and I do the work myself.
I also build my own tools to run the work: the site audit, the site builder, the monthly report. That's how one person can set up your whole system and look after it properly, and it's why your money pays for time spent on your business, not for software you'd never open.
Flywheel is what I'm building my career on. That's why the roster is small and the work is careful — every client is a case study I'll be showing for years.
How I work.
A small roster, on purpose
A handful of Eugene businesses, not a book of accounts. If I'm at capacity, I'll tell you and point you somewhere good — not squeeze you in and do worse work.
I do the work myself
The person you meet on the intro call is the person building your site, connecting everything behind it, and keeping it running afterwards. Nothing gets handed off, because there's no one to hand it to.
Coffee, not support tickets
When something needs a conversation, we have one — over coffee, on the phone, or standing in your shop. You will never explain your business to a ticket queue.
The founding partner program
Early clients get the best deal.
Flywheel is new, and I'd rather make that the deal than pretend otherwise. Five Eugene businesses get founding pricing — the $150 demo, and below-market rates on the build and the care that follow it — in exchange for a testimonial and a case study, if the work earns one.
You get real work at a fraction of what it will cost later. I get proof I can point at. Prices rise as the roster fills — that's the honest shape of the trade.
A 15-minute conversation, no pitch deck required
Let's talk about your business.
If I'm not the right fit, you'll still leave with two useful ideas.
