Why "Flywheel"

Growth isn't a campaign. It's a flywheel.

Most owners hire one person for ads and another for the website — then wonder why the two never talk to each other. Here, it's one system, built to spin.

Attract Convert Compound one
system
01 Attract
Ads and social posts put your business in front of the right people.
02 Convert
A fast, clear website turns that attention into calls, bookings, and orders.
03 Compound
Every month's numbers show what worked, so the next push spins faster.

Websites

A website that does a job — not just sits there.

Most local business sites are online business cards: pretty, static, and silent. Yours should answer the three questions every customer arrives with — what do you do, why should I trust you, and how do I buy — before they've scrolled twice.

Service No. 2

The Local Ads Starter

$300/month + your ad spend

One professionally-run Meta campaign, in front of local customers every day.

  • One managed Meta campaign — built in your own ad account, set up correctly the first time
  • Ad creative, 2–3 variations — image, headline, and copy, tested against each other so your budget flows to what performs
  • Ongoing optimization — pause what isn't working, shift budget to what is
  • A weekly one-page report, every Friday, in plain English

Your ad budget ($150–300/mo to start) stays on your card, in your account, paid straight to Meta — I never touch it.

A free 20-minute look at your current site and social, ending with three things I'd fix. Yours to keep either way.

One page: goals, sitemap, offer, and a flat price. You approve it before anything gets built.

  3. 03

    Build & run

  4. 04

    Report

Be one of the Founding Five.

Flywheel is new, and I'm building its first case studies. The first five Eugene businesses get founding rates and priority turnaround — in exchange for honest feedback and permission to share the results. When the five spots are gone, so are the rates.

The founder

Who's building your flywheel

I'm Cooper Adams — an advertising major at the University of Oregon and the founder of Flywheel Media. Before marketing, I played competitive baseball at the international level, and it taught me the thing I now build businesses around: results come from unglamorous reps, done consistently and measured honestly. I build every site and write every post myself, and I take on a few clients at a time so each one gets real attention. If you run a business in Eugene, I'd genuinely like to see it win.

Questions, answered plainly.

+How much does a website cost?

Packages start at $750, and every project starts with a free audit and a flat, written quote. No surprises, no hourly meter.

+How long does it take?

The Launch goes live in about two weeks; The Storefront in three to four. Your exact timeline is in the blueprint before we start.

+Do I own the website?

Yes — the domain, the site, and every account, from day one. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

+I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Maybe not. The audit will tell you honestly whether to fix what you have or rebuild — and sometimes keeping it is the right answer.

+Do I need ads too?

No. The website, the Social Media Engine, and the Local Ads Starter are separate services — start with whichever fits. But the pairing is where the flywheel really spins: the ads bring people in, the site converts them.

+What happens after launch?

A full walkthrough and handoff, so you're never dependent on me. Or the Care Plan ($75/mo) handles updates, edits, and a monthly report for you.

Tell me about your business.

I read every message and reply within one business day with honest next steps — even if the honest answer is "you don't need me yet."

Form is a prototype — real form handling gets wired in at deployment.

Consider it read.

Your email app should have opened with everything filled in — if it didn't, write to the address on the left. Either way, you'll hear back within one business day.
